It keeps asking me for the quantity?

This can happen if you accidentally switch on Quantity Mode.

To fix this:

1. Open the scan screen.
2. Find the barcode icon on screen
3. Tap it so you see a “1” in the circle, and not a hashtag.

• Hashtag (#) means Quantity Mode.
• The “1” means Single Mode.

You need Single Mode
